This privacy statement describes how we collect, use, store and protect information when you use our mobile application Kei Lok Tung (耆樂通). This App is operated by Look well seniors ltd, a private elderly care service provider in Hong Kong.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information you voluntarily provide

• User‑input text, notes, ward‑round inspection records, remarks entered inside the App by staff users.
• Contact information such as name, phone number, only when users actively fill in forms within the App.

1.2 Automatically collected information

• Device information: device model, operating system version, app crash logs, app usage statistics for troubleshooting and service improvement.
• We DO NOT automatically collect personal sensitive data including location, camera, microphone, contact list unless you explicitly grant permission.

1.3 Permissions requested by the App

• Camera permission: Only used to take photos for resident records. It will not turn on camera without user manual operation.
• Storage permission: Save photos and local work records on your device.
• We will never request SMS, call log or phone book permissions.

Important：This application is for internal staff use of the elderly care institution. This App does not collect health data of elderly residents to remote cloud without institution authorization. All resident data is managed under Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.

2. How We Use Collected Information

• To provide, maintain and optimize the functions of this application, including ward‑round record, work note keeping.
• To debug crashes and fix technical issues.
• Internal business use of our elderly care organisation only.

We will NOT:

• ✅ Not sell, rent or trade your personal information to any third‑party companies or marketers.
• ✅ Not share resident personal data with external parties, unless required by Hong Kong law or government authority.

3. Data Storage & Security

• User work data can be stored locally on your mobile device, or on our self‑managed private server located in Hong Kong.
• We adopt reasonable technical safeguards to protect stored personal data against unauthorised access, loss or leakage.
• Data will be retained only for the period necessary for our institutional business operation.

4. Third‑Party Services

Our App may use Google Play services. Google has its own independent privacy policy, we do not take responsibility for Google’s data handling practices.

We do not integrate advertising SDK, tracking SDK or analytics third‑party libraries for user behaviour tracking. This is a non‑advertising work‑oriented application.

5. User Rights (Compliance with Hong Kong PDPO)

Under the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, data subjects have rights to access, correct their personal data. If you wish to exercise data access or correction requests, please contact us via the contact information below.

6. Children’s Privacy

This application is intended for institutional staff users aged 18 or above. We do not target children under 13 years old, and we will not knowingly collect information from children.

7. Changes to this Privacy Statement

We may update this privacy policy occasionally. We will publish the revised version on our designated privacy‑policy webpage, with updated revision date. Continuing to use the App means you accept the revised statement.

私隐政策

本私隐声明说明，当阁下使用 耆樂通（Kei Lok Tung） 流动应用程式时，我方如何收集、使用、储存及保护资料。本应用程式由香港私营安老机构 Look well seniors ltd 营运。

1. 我们收集的资料

1.1 用户主动提交资料

• 员工于App内手动输入的巡房记录、笔记、备注；只有用户主动填写表单，才会收集姓名、电话号码。

1.2 系统自动收集资料

• 装置型号、系统版本、程式崩溃日志，仅用于排错及优化程式。
• 不会自动读取位置、相机、麦克风、通讯录；必须用户手动授权才会启用权限。

1.3 App申请权限说明

• 相机权限：只供拍摄院友记录相片，不会自行启动相机。
• 储存权限：在本机保存相片、工作记录。
• 本程式不会索取短信、通话记录、电话簿权限。

本程式专供院舍内部员工使用。所有院友个人资料受香港《个人资料(私隐)条例》监管；未经机构许可，不会将院友资料上传外部云端。

2. 资料使用用途

• 提供、维护程式功能，例如巡房记录、工作记事。
• 修复程式故障、优化系统。
• 只作本院舍内部业务用途。

我方不会：

• 不会售卖、出租、转让任何个人资料予第三方营销商。
• 除非香港法例或政府部门要求，否则不会对外披露院友个人资料。

3. 资料储存与保安

• 工作记录可以储存在手机本机，或者香港自有私用服务器。
• 我方使用合理技术措施，防止资料被未授权存取、遗失或外泄。
• 资料只保留业务运作所需期限。

4. 第三方服务

程式会调用Google Play基础服务，Google拥有独立私隐政策，我方不负责Google的数据处理。

本App没有植入广告SDK、用户行为追踪组件，属于纯工作工具App。

5. 用户权利（遵从香港私隐条例 PDPO）

根据香港《个人资料(私隐)条例》，资料当事人有权查阅、更正个人资料。如有查阅、更正资料申请，请用下方联络方式联系我们。

6. 儿童私隐

本程式供年满18岁院舍员工使用，不会针对13岁以下儿童，亦不会刻意收集儿童资料。

7. 本私隐政策修订

我方会不时更新政策，更新版本会发布在私隐政策网页，标注更新日期。继续使用本App即代表接纳修订后条文。
